Cadets train Polaris Dawn crew in free-fall parachute course.

The SpaceX Polaris Dawn Crew has reportedly completed its basic free fall parachute training at the United States Academy on Saturday, according to the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Today we’ll be talking to the crew of Polaris Dawn and we’ll dive into some fun history on fighter jet training, we’ll talk about some of the physics involved, the G suit and nerd out on the jets, because I love learning about all this cool stuff and I assume you do too. The astronaut crew is training to explore space in the SpaceX Starship

Crew members will spend up to five days in orbit to conduct research that SpaceX hopes will pave the way for travel to Mars.

The Polaris Dawn crew completed another training objective this week: high-altitude mountaineering in Ecuador. Climbing the Illiniza Norte and Cotopaxi volcanos pushed their physical and mental endurance to the limit — a valuable team-building opportunity before flying to space. In four nights Polaris Program climbed three 🗻🌋 & completed all training objectives. We are one step closer to the next challenge🚀.
